Training Cycle



The training schedule is broken up into two week blocks (A & B). Every two weeks we return to the same topic areas, although there are some alternating topics.

Students should know what is happening in class so that they can bring the appropriate equipment, as well as mentally or physically prepare (through practice, for example) for the content we will be covering.
